For as long as I can remember, I have loved solving puzzles. From solving my 1500th Wordle (no, not consecutive!)  to piecing together intricate jigsaws, the thrill of discovery has always been a source of joy. This innate curiosity led me to a career as a laboratory scientist, where I reveled in the challenge of unraveling the mysteries of sterile product microbiology through experimentation and discovery.

However, over time, I craved a deeper sense of collaboration in my work. Knowledge Management became the perfect bridge, allowing me to partner with others. Here, the puzzle involves harnessing an organization's collective wisdom and transforming it into easily accessible knowledge, readily available by people and AI. In essence, I've become a knowledge scientist, designing processes that empower teams and individuals to share their knowledge.

In 2022, I left my role as a knowledge scientist at a large healthcare company to found Knowledge Dynamics, my own knowledge management consulting firm.   Over the past 4 years I have gained extensive experience helping both large, complex for profit and smaller nonprofit organizations improve how knowledge is created, organized, governed, shared, and accessed. I work with leaders to connect people, processes, technology, and knowledge strategy, particularly as they adapt to AI-enabled ways of working. The result is creating a more connected organization where the most valuable knowledge is utilized to work smarter, collaborate better and create a trusted foundation for AI.
